IC Holding has implemented the “Denk Volunteer Mentor Motherhood Program” to support the postpartum adjustment processes of its employees. 

The “Denk Volunteer Mentor Maternity Program” at IC Holding aims to facilitate the postpartum adjustment processes of female employees and to help them overcome the challenges they may face in the process. 
The program will be carried out under the umbrella of the “DENK” established by IC Holding in 2022 in order to promote gender equality and raise awareness within the organization about the prevention of social inequalities. 

Mentor mothers who will volunteer as part of the program will be provided with mentoring training by “DENK
