Green Business Summit 2023, organized for the tenth time this year by the Sustainability Academy, was held with the main sponsorship of IC İbrahim Çeçen Investment Holding.  Representatives from the public and private sectors, non-governmental organizations, and academia was attended. The summit, themed "Transformation X Now, Together, Faster, Action" included discussions about new legislation, roadmaps, and financing, as well as the urgency of green transformation in all sectors.

On Wednesday, May 10, IC Holding CEO Murad Bayar answered questions from Sustainability Academy, Board Member Semra Sevinç at the panel discussion in the opening session themed "Transformation X Now, Together, Faster, Action."

Bayar stated that the right collaborations and appropriate data management are critical for the success of sustainability studies and continued his words as follows; "We see that the importance of sustainability has increased in terms of recruiting young human resources and meeting their expectations. We are effectively implementing our "Impact of Development" strategy thanks to our centralized sustainability management system, governance structure, and Sustainability Team. This year, we aim to put forward our carbon reduction plans for 2030 and 2053, conduct in-depth studies in the tourism and construction sectors, and apply our strategy to our supply chain through our 'End-to-End Sustainability' project."
