Following the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) certification process, Green Palace, Santai Family Resort and Airport Hotel, which successfully completed the interim audits, received approval to continue their stage 3 certificates.

Green Palace, Santai Family Resort and Airport Hotel, within IC Hotels, passed comprehensive audits in 2023 and received the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Certificate with their works and projects supporting sustainable tourism. The GSTC certification program, which was developed to determine the requirements that a tourism business must achieve for socially, economically, culturally and environmentally sustainable tourism all over the world and to contribute to the realization of tourism activities in a sustainable and safe environment, has been approved again for IC Hotels.
