At the 20th Stevie International Business Awards 2023, IC Holding's sustainability activities centered around the theme of "Impact of Development" were awarded the Bronze award in the "Achievement in Environment, Social, and Government" category.
The activites carried out by IC Holding on a wide range of issues, from transition to a low-carbon economy to waste reduction, from employee welfare to a diverse and inclusive workforce, were evaluated under the title of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
This year, almost 3,700 institutions from more than 60 countries applied to the most prestigious award program in the business world, including large and small scale institutions, public and private sector, for-profit and non-profit organizations.

IC Holding, which has been operating in the construction, energy, tourism, industry and infrastructure sectors for more than 50 years, focuses on the principles of responsible investment and sustainability while creating its strategies for all group companies. Starting with this focus, IC Holding aimed to bring together the operations of its companies in the construction, infrastructure, tourism, energy, and industry sectors by adopting 2022 as the year of centralization and transformation in sustainability.
IC Holding, established the "Central Sustainability Management System" to carry out all of its sustainability-focused strategies and principles from a single source.
IC Holding was honored by the Stevie Awards jury for its creation of the IC Sustainability Team, which focuses on Gender Equality, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Climate Action, Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure as Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The IC Sustainability Team, which will lead the group's sustainability vision for the next 10 years and manage its sustainability projects, ensures that corporate sustainability is internalized in all group companies and that employees' knowledge and awareness of ESG issues are increased.
